About the role

  • Support the strategic vision for Global Services to enhance operational efficiency and governance.
  • Align operational activities with corporate goals while allowing for regional flexibility.
  • Drive sustainability and corporate responsibility programs in line with company objectives.
  • Assist with regulatory compliance, governance, and administrative operations.
  • Streamline administrative processes to ensure smooth, cost-effective operations.
  • Utilize digital tools to automate key functions such as document management, travel, procurement, and communications.
  • Continuously improve governance structures and internal controls to ensure efficient and consistent operations.
  • Oversee office facilities, including lease agreements, space planning, and real estate considerations.
  • Partner with HR and other stakeholders to create safe, efficient, and comfortable workspaces that promote employee productivity and well-being.
  • Support office relocations, expansions, and renovations while minimizing operational disruption.
  • Ensure adherence to all relevant local and international regulations and internal governance standards.
  • Maintain up-to-date legal documentation, risk management plans, and business continuity strategies.
  • Lead crisis management initiatives to minimize operational risks.
  • Support or lead procurement activities, including vendor onboarding, compliance with corporate procurement policies, and vendor relationship management.
  • Oversee travel and events coordination, ensuring alignment with company policies and cost efficiency.
  • Resolve operational issues with vendors and service providers to ensure seamless support.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment through programs that enhance employee satisfaction and productivity.
  • Promote workplace safety, health, and well-being initiatives that exceed compliance requirements.
  • Lead or support corporate governance, risk management, sustainability and CSR initiatives, facilities and infrastructure, travel & events, procurement & vendor management, credit cards & expense management, and G&A communications.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • 5–10 years of experience in office administration, operations, or corporate services, with leadership experience preferred.
  • Proven expertise in optimizing administrative processes, managing vendors, and driving cost efficiencies.
  • Strong project management skills with experience in office improvements or technology upgrades.
  • Solid understanding of corporate governance, health and safety regulations, and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with senior leadership, internal stakeholders, and external vendors.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite) and other digital platforms.
