About the role
- Execute the vision of the Expansion function end-to-end.
- Craft growth processes for scale and constantly experiment.
- Build for Scale and Flexibility.
- Partner with operations, clinical, and product teams across the company.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of operational or strategy experience.
- Bonus points if you worked in healthcare or similar industries.
- Experience building and structuring operations teams on-the-ground.
- Experience with setting strategic direction.
- Experience in business analytics and metrics.
