About the role
- Source and onboard new suppliers, manage contracts and compliance documentation, maintain supplier relationships, and ensure delivery against agreed KPIs and SLAs.
- Liaise with recruitment agencies, screen candidates, conduct interviews, and approve timesheets.
- Manage duty rotas, dashboards, and resource allocation in collaboration with the OH Manager.
- Coordinate induction plans, equipment setup, compliance checks, and exit processes.
- Raise purchase orders, approve and receipt goods and services.
- Organize meetings, maintain inventory, review policies and SOPs, handle complaints, support audits, and provide data analysis for client insights.
- Manage Data Subject Access Requests (DSARs) in line with GDPR requirements.
- Prepare for audit meetings, liaise with clinicians, and maintain audit records.
- Manage pharmacist rotas, system access, and website updates.
- Oversee secure transfer of medical records and ensure compliance with SOPs.
Requirements
- Excellent command of English language, spoken and written
- High attention to detail, highly organised and articulate
- Process driven to ensure all necessary steps in setting up a new supplier are compliantly followed
- Be a resilient, self-starter who can manage frequent change.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritise own workload, effectively communicating via multiple channels.
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office suite.
- Experience of working in a healthcare environment desirable.
- Experience of working within a regulated / audited environment (e.g. ISO 9001, CQC registration, RISQS accreditations) desirable.
