Learning and taking part in a team of Remote Care Technical Support Specialists
Remotely provide technical support services in Remote Patient Monitoring and CRM devices
Provide technical information to customers in response to inquiries
Provide education and product training to in-house personnel
Assist in the presentation of educational material for new product training
Provide technical assistance to Regulatory Affairs and Quality personnel
Maintain positive and cooperative communications and collaboration with all levels of employees, customers, contractors, and vendors
Requirements
Studies ADE, Communications, Marketing
Interested in Customer Service representative or Remote Support specialist in our industry or equivalent
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Spanish and English
Good experience in use of Microsoft Office Pack tools and softwares
Ability to work effectively within a team in a fast-paced changing environment
Fulltime availability
Mandatory to sign a University or Business School Agreement for the internship
