Lead regular business reviews to assess vendor performance, resolve issues, and identify improvement opportunities.
Lead financial forecasting, budgeting, and cost optimization initiatives related to vendor engagements.
Analyze spend data to identify savings opportunities, rationalize vendor portfolios, and improve ROI.
Support invoice validation, dispute resolution, and vendor payment processes in collaboration with finance and procurement.
Support contract negotiations, ensuring alignment with IT strategy and licensing best practices.
Requirements
Overall, 10-15 years of experience including 7+ years in Vendor Management.
Proven track record managing large-scale IT vendor portfolios and complex contract negotiations.
Strong understanding of IT services, software licensing, cloud agreements, and outsourcing models.
Exposure to legal processes/principles, pricing constructs and commercial best practices - confidentiality, data security and privacy.
Multi-faceted approach to relationship management to include a broad range of communication and problem-solving skills (accommodation, flexibility, support, understanding and more).
