Build and Lead Teams – Recruit, mentor, and inspire a high-performing internal recruiting team; manage external search partners and agencies.
Execute with Operational Excellence – Design and implement recruiting infrastructure, tools, and workflows; leverage automation and AI-driven solutions to streamline sourcing, screening, and scheduling.
Elevate Employer Brand – Amplify mission and position Abacus Insights as the employer of choice; monitor market trends and bring best-in-class hiring practices.

Requirements
12 – 15 years of progressive recruiting experience, including 5+ years in leadership roles managing talent acquisition teams globally.
Proven success hiring across technical and non-technical domains in high-growth, mission-driven environments – preferably in healthcare, data, or technology.
Demonstrated ability to build and scale recruiting operations, including tools, workflows, and analytics.
Experience implementing automation and AI in recruiting processes to improve efficiency and candidate quality.
Advanced proficiency in applicant tracking systems such as Greenhouse.
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and align cross-functional teams.
