About the role
- Identify operational and commercial improvement opportunities across the seller journey, from enquiry through to post-sale processes
- Analyse operational, financial and product data to diagnose problems and uncover opportunities to improve conversion, CX and efficiency
- Define and prioritise initiatives that drive measurable impact across revenue,CX and cost
- Lead cross-functional projects from idea through to implementation, partnering with teams across operations, product, engineering and finance
- Develop clear business cases, success metrics and tracking frameworks for initiatives
- Simplify complex operational problems and translate them into clear, actionable plans for stakeholders
- Drive automation and process improvements to reduce manual work and improve operational scalability
- Explore and apply emerging technologies, including AI tools, to improve workflows, decision making and productivity
- Operate with a high degree of ownership in a fast moving and sometimes ambiguous environment
Requirements
- Strong problem solving ability with the instinct to identify issues and opportunities before they are fully defined
- Experience analysing data and operational metrics to inform decisions and prioritisation
- A track record of driving initiatives or projects from idea through to delivery in a fast moving environment
- The ability to structure ambiguous problems and communicate clear, simple solutions
- Comfort working cross-functionally with multiple teams and stakeholders
- High levels of ownership, pace and adaptability
