About the role
- Play a critical role in driving data-driven decision-making and supply optimization strategies
- Analyze large datasets and run analysis on the traffic powering Aarki’s core product, tracking fluctuations of key KPIs and performance metrics
- Perform market opportunity analysis to identify areas of optimization and growth for supply-side connections
- Collaborate with Business Development, Product, Data Science, and Engineering teams to provide data-driven insights and recommendations
- Develop reporting and process features to streamline decision making
- Own external-facing analytics shared with SSPs and Exchanges and provide data-driven support for Business Development tasks
Requirements
- At least 2 years of hands-on analytics experience in the programmatic media advertising/ad tech industry (required)
- Graduate of Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, or any other analytical field
- Strong communication skills to simplify complex data to stakeholders
- Comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment
- Experience using BI tools (Tableau, Sisense, etc.)
- Foundational knowledge and experience using SQL, Python, R, and related data query tools
- Self-starter comfortable searching for answers within large data sets
