About the role

Oversee day-to-day operations of the analytics team and report to the department head
Perform advanced data analysis and reporting to support business decision-making
Assign, track, and manage tasks across the analytics team to ensure timely and accurate completion
Serve as the primary point of contact between the analytics team and department leadership
Monitor team performance and provide guidance, support, and mentorship to junior analysts
Develop and maintain project timelines, ensuring alignment with business priorities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver actionable insights
Maintain and improve existing reporting tools, dashboards, and data workflows
Ensure data quality, consistency, and integrity across all analytics outputs
Identify opportunities for process improvement and lead implementation of best practices
Document and enforce standard operating procedures for analytics tasks and reporting

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including pivot tables, formulas, and macros)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience working with large datasets and multiple data sources
Ability to communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and attention to detail
Proven experience in task management, team coordination, or project leadership
Excellent organizational and time management skills

Ability to maintain confidentiality in a remote setting (remote work requirement)
Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) (preferred)
Familiarity with SQL or other query languages (preferred)

Experience leading or mentoring a team in a data-focused environment (preferred)
Background in healthcare, medical records, or related industries (preferred)
Experience working with Microsoft SharePoint and the broader Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Outlook, Teams, Word, PowerPoint) (preferred)
