About the role
- Manage end-to-end onboarding and offboarding, including documentation, kit distribution, system updates, and coordination with IT/Admin
- Draft, release, and manage offer letters ensuring compliance and statutory requirements
- Manage payroll compliance inputs and statutory deductions; support compliance audits and provide HR data/reports
- Track probation completion, confirmations, and related documentation
- Administer insurance onboarding, updates, and employee support processes
- Ensure asset mapping, business card/ID issuance, and office readiness per SLAs
- Ensure POSH compliance and related processes
- Manage business travel logistics, approvals, bookings, and reimbursements
- Design and execute employee engagement initiatives, pan-org celebrations, and R&R programs
- Organize trips, offsites, townhalls including planning, communication, logistics, and execution
- Curate and distribute onboarding kits, goodies, and experience-focused gifts
- Roll out pulse surveys, track engagement health, and analyze employee feedback
- Coordinate office supplies and administrative vendor management
- Onboard and manage vendors to streamline procurement and event execution
- Identify process gaps and propose improvements in onboarding, engagement, and operations
- Participate in or drive learning and development initiatives to upskill teams
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in human resource management
- Strong knowledge of payroll management and benefits administration
- Knowledge of Indian labor laws and compliance requirements (PF, ESI, TDS, gratuity, POSH)
- Experience in handling international and domestic employee mobility
- Proficiency in HRMS and digital HR tools
- Collaborative and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
