About the role

  • assist the Education Department Manager
  • contribute to the smooth & efficient running of administrative tasks in the department
  • manage financing requests with external company, CLIMB
  • communicate with CLIMB on student’s financing and course start dates
  • manage daily reports and check AAPC distance learning course registrations
  • answer emails and assist with general course issues

Requirements

  • assist the Education Operations Manager
  • support education departmental and customer needs and services
  • effective communication with Distance Learning Coaches regarding student issues or special needs
  • troubleshoot computer issues for students
  • promote and communicate clearly with students and potential students/clients regarding offerings and services
  • provide support to sales teams for distance learning students and Education Licensees
