About the role
- Lead and oversee multiple projects concurrently
- Provide strategic guidance, clear direction, and effective communication to cross-functional teams
- Utilize your comprehensive understanding of USG processes, regulations, and compliance requirements
- Manage programs that have transitioned from prototype to production volumes
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including government agencies
- Develop, monitor, and manage program budgets, resource allocation, and timelines
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues
- Drive process improvements and best practices by leveraging lessons learned
- Assist in fostering a collaborative and high-performing team culture
Requirements
- An active Top Secret clearance is required
- 5+ years of demonstrated success in leading and delivering complex programs
- Experience in managing both hardware and software as a service model
- In-depth knowledge of USG processes, acquisition, regulations, and compliance requirements
- Proven ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities
- Experience managing program budgets, resource allocation, and financial tracking
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field is highly desired or equivalent work experience
