About the role

  • Responds to member/customer requests for emergency road service in a call center environment
  • Obtains information regarding type of service and location; provides information on Emergency Road Service benefits
  • Notifies member of ETA and contractor details; enters data into system; monitors service status
  • Communicates with contractors to relay member details and ETA; coordinates with vendor network
  • Recognizes, promotes and processes membership sales opportunities
  • Maintains accurate records and adheres to performance metrics; supports team with high volume requests

Requirements

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent
  • 6 months of Customer Service Experience
  • Basic Computer skills; ability to use PC keyboard and navigate multiple applications
  • Excellent communication skills; ability to de-escalate
  • Knowledge of telephone etiquette and data entry
  • Ability to work in call center environment and follow Customer Interaction Model
