About the role

  • Leading and developing a team of recruiters
  • Monitoring recruiters' performance by setting and monitoring KPIs
  • Partnering closely with business stakeholders to align hiring strategies
  • Ensuring uninterrupted candidate influx through the recruitment funnel
  • Leveraging recruiting data to influence decision-making
  • Implementing new TA programs and tools
  • Supporting talent acquisition infrastructure improvements
  • Ensuring compliance with hiring policies and applicable laws
  • Promoting team engagement aligned with company values

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 5+ years of progressive recruiting experience, including full-cycle recruitment and candidate pipeline management
  • 2+ years of experience selecting, onboarding, and training new recruiters
  • Proven success in leading and executing searches for a variety of roles and talent levels
  • Strategic partner to business leaders and HR Centers of Excellence (COEs)
  • Proficient in analyzing data and recruitment metrics
  • In-depth knowledge of EEO Guidelines
  • Knowledge of state and federal selection and hiring regulations
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
