About the role

  • Navigate complex enterprise sales cycles with multiple stakeholders
  • Assess client staffing needs and recommend optimal team augmentation models
  • Design hybrid workforce strategies combining full-time, contract, and AI-powered resources
  • Develop pricing models and service packages for various augmentation scenarios
  • Create onboarding processes that seamlessly integrate augmented team members
  • Serve as trusted advisor to clients on digital transformation initiatives
  • Facilitate workshops on AI adoption, change management, and team optimization
  • Provide ongoing strategic guidance throughout client engagement lifecycle
  • Identify expansion opportunities within existing client relationships
  • Build and maintain relationships with key industry partners and vendors
  • Represent the company at AI conferences, trade shows, and networking events
  • Create thought leadership content around AI trends and team augmentation best practices
  • Develop referral partnerships with complementary service providers

Requirements

  • 5+ years in growth, business development, or strategic consulting roles
  • 3+ years of experience selling AI/ML solutions, automation tools, or technology services
  • Proven track record in team augmentation, staff augmentation, or workforce solutions
  • Experience with enterprise B2B sales cycles ($100K+ deal sizes)
  • Strong understanding of AI/ML technologies, use cases, and implementation challenges
  • Familiarity with automation platforms, workflow tools, and integration capabilities
  • Knowledge of various team augmentation models (offshore, nearshore, hybrid)
  • Understanding of data privacy, security, and compliance requirements
  • Experience with specific AI platforms (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google AI, AWS AI services)
  • Background in management consulting or professional services
  • Track record of successfully scaling teams from startup to growth stage
  • Industry certifications in AI, project management, or sales methodologies
