• Own and lead enterprise sales cycles from initial discovery to close for deals between $250K-$2M+.
• Navigate complex stakeholder environments including CMOs, CDOs, CTOs, and Fortune 500 teams.
• Structure multi-phase engagements (from pilot to full implementation) and deliver on conversion targets.
• Collaborate with Solutions Partners to shape client problems into actionable technical solutions and winning proposals.
• Design deal structures that optimize client risk, proof-of-concept opportunities, and long-term growth.

AI Solutions Account Executive

Chief of Staff

• Work directly with A.Team leadership to plan, prioritize, and execute key initiatives across the company
• Lead cross-functional projects requiring coordination between builder success, client services, platform engineering, and go-to-market teams
• Support executive decision-making through structured analysis, data-driven insights, and strong operational rigor
• Identify bottlenecks and implement scalable systems and processes that support A.Team's builder-first marketplace model
• Represent leadership in high-stakes meetings with clients, builders, investors, and strategic partners
• Conduct research on competitors, potential clients, partners, and market opportunities
• Manage complex, ever-changing calendars with sharp judgment and proactive problem-solving across multiple time zones
• Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, ground transportation, and detailed itineraries
• Handle expense reporting and manage travel logistics with precision
• Prepare comprehensive briefing materials, board decks, investor updates, client presentations, and strategic documents
• Draft emails and correspondence on behalf of leadership
• Triage and manage executive communications, ensuring critical issues are surfaced and addressed promptly
• Build and maintain relationships with colleagues, clients, builders, investors, and external stakeholders
• Coordinate board meetings, investor touchpoints, and strategic partner engagements including pre-reads, presentations, and follow-through
• Plan and execute company offsites and major events (managing significant budgets and coordinating logistics for distributed teams)
• Organize and facilitate leadership offsites, all-hands meetings, and key company gatherings
• Coordinate professional and personal events, including team celebrations and special occasions
• Lead employee onboarding processes and coordinate exceptional new hire experiences
• Identify and coordinate leadership speaking opportunities and event appearances
• Manage office operations, vendor relationships, and facility coordination as needed

Chief of Staff – Executive Partner

• Own the Full Sales Cycle - Take complete ownership from initial qualification through contract signature, managing deals ranging from $10k-$200k with SMB clients across diverse industries while leveraging deep knowledge of AI systems and solutions
• Lead Discovery-Driven Conversations - Conduct consultative sales conversations that uncover client pain points, explore their technical challenges, and expertly map A.Team's value proposition to their specific needs
• Deliver Compelling Presentations - Create and present tailored walkthroughs and proposals that speak directly to each client's goals, team structure, budget constraints, and growth objectives
• Drive Seamless Client Success - Collaborate closely with Customer Success and Marketing teams to ensure smooth handoffs and set clients up for long-term success with their A.Team solutions
• Exceed Your Targets - Consistently meet and surpass monthly and quarterly quota goals while maintaining impeccable pipeline hygiene and forecasting accuracy in the CRM
• Optimize the Sales Engine - Provide actionable feedback on lead quality and campaign performance to Marketing, helping improve inbound conversion rates and overall sales effectiveness
• Continuously Elevate Your Craft - Refine sales messaging, objection handling, and closing techniques through team coaching sessions and collaborative peer reviews

SMB Account Executive

Revenue Operations

• Reporting to the Senior Manager of RevOps to keep internal systems in lockstep with Product and Business Development teams
• Ensure all reporting for Marketing campaigns are accurate and reflect recent changes
• Audit existing dashboards, properties, workflows, lists and views, archiving those that are no longer used nor relevant
• Seek out opportunities to improve processes by making them more lightweight, reliable, and flexible to future change
• Own and maintain A.Team’s documentation regarding CRM (Hubspot) for Sales and Marketing
• Build flexible internal processes and reporting to adapt to evolving AI-driven solutions

Revenue Operations Lead

• Develop go-to-market strategies for AI solutions and team augmentation services
• Identify market opportunities and competitive positioning in the AI/automation space
• Create scalable frameworks for client acquisition and retention
• Design growth experiments and measure performance against key metrics
• Lead consultative sales processes for complex AI implementations
• Conduct needs assessments to identify automation opportunities within client organizations
• Present AI use cases, ROI projections, and implementation roadmaps to C-level executives
• Collaborate with technical teams to scope AI projects and define success metrics
• Navigate complex enterprise sales cycles with multiple stakeholders
• Assess client staffing needs and recommend optimal team augmentation models
• Design hybrid workforce strategies combining full-time, contract, and AI-powered resources
• Develop pricing models and service packages for various augmentation scenarios
• Create onboarding processes that seamlessly integrate augmented team members
• Serve as trusted advisor to clients on digital transformation initiatives
• Facilitate workshops on AI adoption, change management, and team optimization
