About the role

  • Act as a design authority for the cyber security platforms and controls.
  • Partner with Strategy Owners, Engineering Delivery Managers, and delivery teams.
  • Design cyber security solutions, integrations and transition roadmaps across domains.
  • Define and maintain solution architecture designs, patterns, and operational standards for cyber security solutions.
  • Review and assure solution designs produced by delivery teams for compliance with cyber architecture standards.
  • Lead or contribute to security architecture reviews, threat modelling, and architectural risk assessments.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in Network Security/ Cyber Security
  • Hands-on experience in network, identity, endpoint, cloud, appsec and/or OT/industrial domains
  • Proven ability to assess, design, and assure security solutions against industry frameworks
  • Solid understanding of cloud security architectures (including Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud, and/or Ali Baba Cloud)
  • Ability to perform and govern threat modelling, architectural risk assessments, security design reviews, and baseline compliance assessments
  • Strong understanding of risks, threats, vulnerabilities, and attack techniques
  • Familiarity with automation, scripting, and API concepts
  • Strong architecture documentation skills
  • Relevant security or architecture certifications are advantageous but not mandatory.
