About the role
- Act as a design authority for the cyber security platforms and controls.
- Partner with Strategy Owners, Engineering Delivery Managers, and delivery teams.
- Design cyber security solutions, integrations and transition roadmaps across domains.
- Define and maintain solution architecture designs, patterns, and operational standards for cyber security solutions.
- Review and assure solution designs produced by delivery teams for compliance with cyber architecture standards.
- Lead or contribute to security architecture reviews, threat modelling, and architectural risk assessments.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in Network Security/ Cyber Security
- Hands-on experience in network, identity, endpoint, cloud, appsec and/or OT/industrial domains
- Proven ability to assess, design, and assure security solutions against industry frameworks
- Solid understanding of cloud security architectures (including Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud, and/or Ali Baba Cloud)
- Ability to perform and govern threat modelling, architectural risk assessments, security design reviews, and baseline compliance assessments
- Strong understanding of risks, threats, vulnerabilities, and attack techniques
- Familiarity with automation, scripting, and API concepts
- Strong architecture documentation skills
- Relevant security or architecture certifications are advantageous but not mandatory.
