About the role
- Partner with business leaders and People Partners to deliver talent solutions
- Provide market insights and talent landscape analysis to support strategic decisions
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes (job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer, and onboarding)
- Enhance candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the recruitment journey
- Independently handle hiring cases, resolve challenges, and ensure compliance with processes
- Drive employer branding initiatives (university engagement, job fairs, certifications, etc.)
Requirements
- Strong understanding of the Northeast Asia talent market
- Professional proficiency in English and Japanese; or English and Korean
- 3–5 years of recruitment experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A proactive, results-driven mindset with a “can-do” attitude.
