About the role

  • Partner with business leaders and People Partners to deliver talent solutions
  • Provide market insights and talent landscape analysis to support strategic decisions
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes (job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer, and onboarding)
  • Enhance candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the recruitment journey
  • Independently handle hiring cases, resolve challenges, and ensure compliance with processes
  • Drive employer branding initiatives (university engagement, job fairs, certifications, etc.)

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of the Northeast Asia talent market
  • Professional proficiency in English and Japanese; or English and Korean
  • 3–5 years of recruitment experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A proactive, results-driven mindset with a “can-do” attitude.
