About the role
- Play a pivotal role in driving business growth by leading the end-to-end tender process
- Collaborate cross-functionally to develop compelling, commercially sound proposals
- Lead the preparation, coordination, and submission of high-quality tenders and RFQs
- Analyse tender documents and client requirements to develop winning strategies
- Work closely with operations, finance, legal, and sales teams to gather input
- Produce written content to convey the Maersk value proposition
- Manage timelines and ensure all submissions meet deadlines and compliance standards
- Conduct post-tender reviews and support contract negotiations where required
- Maintain a database of tender outcomes and continuously improve the bid process
Requirements
- Proven experience in tender/bid management within the logistics or supply chain sector
- Strong commercial acumen and understanding of contract logistics operations
- Excellent project management and organisational skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office and tender management tools
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines
