💰 $48,678 - $62,000 per year
About the role
- Track and report project status, deliverables, milestones, and risks across multiple workstreams
- Maintain project schedules, RAID logs, action item trackers, and stakeholder communications
- Coordinate with project managers and technical leads to gather updates and monitor performance
- Facilitate documentation reviews, version control, and storage in project repositories
- Support meeting coordination, agenda development, and note-taking for recurring team meetings
- Assist with internal and external reporting, dashboard development, and data entry
- Ensure alignment with program governance, compliance standards, and documentation requirements
- Help maintain SharePoint sites, templates, and digital collaboration tools
- Support process improvement initiatives and contribute to operational efficiencies
Requirements
- BD degree in Business Discipline or related field
- 5 years of related professional experience
- 8 years of additional relevant experience may be substituted for education
- Experience supporting federal IT projects or large-scale transformation efforts (preferred)
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Confluence, SharePoint) (preferred)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills (preferred)
- Proficiency in written and verbal communication (preferred)
