About the role

  • 9th Way Insignia – service-disabled, veteran-owned small business delivering cybersecurity, cloud modernization, software development, data analytics, enterprise architecture, and AI to government customers
  • Support solution development for business development and proposal activities
  • Assist in researching technologies, drafting technical content, and designing enterprise solutions
  • Support solutioning workshops and technical writing for proposals
  • Research customer requirements, federal technology trends, and competitive offerings
  • Assist senior architects in developing architectures, technical volumes, and solution graphics
  • Document processes, workflows, and solution designs for internal and external audiences
  • Help integrate solutions across cloud, DevSecOps, cybersecurity, data analytics, and ServiceNow
  • Contribute to white papers, capability statements, and presentations
  • Build knowledge of federal acquisition processes and solutioning best practices

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related discipline (or equivalent experience)
  • Exposure to cloud platforms, cybersecurity concepts, or enterprise tools like ServiceNow
  • Strong research, documentation, and communication skills
  • Interest in growing into a senior architect role with mentorship and training
  • Relevant technical certifications (ServiceNow, AWS, Azure, ITIL, CompTIA Security+) are a plus
  • 2–5 years of experience in IT, engineering, or technical consulting (federal sector strongly preferred)
