• Ensure all outbound orders are shipped on a timely basis. No late orders where inventory is fully allocated.
• Daily review of inventory availability and ensuring customer orders are allocated and being shipped out quickly and accurately.
• Assist in monitoring inventory levels to ensure adequate stock is maintained.
• Communicate with a sense of urgency to our warehouse and management team.
• Works quickly and efficiently on any task.
• Assist in updating appropriate operational SOPs.
• Meet our Inbox 0 KPI where we respond to all inquiries by the end of the day.
• Maintain accurate records and databases related to operations.
• Ensure the timely completion of tasks and projects.
• High level of order auditing to ensure goals and objectives are met.
• Continuous improvement recognition of current processes to ensure constant efficiencies are being brought to the position.
