• Multi-Showroom Scheduling Ownership: Fully own scheduling for all showrooms across multiple states.
• Operational Support: Be the first point of contact for Sales Consultants needing help with product info, invoicing details, or general process questions.
• Resource & Process Management: Coordinate with various teams (e.g., customer support, Ops, and admin staff) to ensure orders and Sales inquiries flow correctly.
• Communication & Reporting: Participate in weekly team calls and stay active in company communication channels to remain current on new products or policy changes.
• Schedule Coverage: Work from Wednesday through Sunday to ensure the Sales team is fully covered on weekends.

• Assist Content Director in planning, coordinating, and executing all content shoots, including scheduling, location scouting, prop sourcing, team coordination, shot list management, and assisting on set
• Capture and edit social-first photo and video content for use across all digital channels (Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube, web, email)
• Manage daily posting, engagement, and performance tracking across brand social accounts
• Reply to comments and DMs in a timely manner, escalating customer service issues for prompt resolution as needed
• Own the organic content calendar in alignment with the annual brand marketing calendar, including sales, product launches, and seasonal trends

Creative Content Manager

Operations

• Ensure all outbound Local orders are scheduled and delivered on time with complete inventory allocation.
• Plan, build and coordinate routes for local delivery teams weekly in your designated region.
• Coordinate and schedule delivery appointments with customers each week.
• Complete order requests and modifications coming from Sales, Marketing, and Concierge teams.
• Coordinate returns and cancellations (once approved) to maintain system alignment and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Conduct high-level order audits to meet company goals and minimize operational errors.
• Review and maintain daily inventory availability to ensure stock is accurately allocated to our regional warehouse.
• Monitor inventory levels and flag potential stock risks or shortages to management so we can action shipments promptly.
• Maintain accurate operational records and databases, ensuring information is updated and reliable.
• Communicate proactively with warehouse and management teams to resolve order or inventory issues swiftly.
• Continually improve Dispatch Track routing and scheduling processes to get customers their orders faster and more efficiently.
• Regularly follow up with customers to gather feedback to improve customer experience and Local Operations workflows.
• Meet the Local Team KPIs of 2 weeks of advanced scheduled deliveries and no past due deliveries.
• Assist in updating operational SOPs to reflect system and process changes.
• Track and report key operational KPIs weekly and monthly, providing insights to leadership.
• Meet the company’s Inbox 0 KPI, ensuring all operational inquiries are addressed by end of day.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement to create greater efficiencies within local delivery operations.

• Research relevant trends and pitch ideas for production that align with the brand’s overarching strategy, marketing goals, product launches, and messaging guidelines
• Produce, film, edit, and post assigned video content for daily distribution across organic social channels, including Instagram Reels, TikToks, and Youtube Shorts
• Assist Content Director with content planning and production for styled shoots, including scouting locations, styling sets, ordering props, and shooting and editing mobile & BTS content
• Assist Content Director in development of in-house production studio, including necessary lighting, styling, gear, etc., to be used for shooting social media content, assembly content, and educational videos as needed
• Assist Content Director in scheduling and posting daily content to all brand accounts (including Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube) according to content calendar
• Assist Content Director in sourcing, reviewing, editing, and approving content submitted by social media partners and collaborators and ensuring contractual obligations are met
• Reply to comments and DMs in a timely manner, escalating customer service issues for prompt resolution as needed
• Travel to showrooms nationwide to produce content as needed
