• Lead the technical ownership and engineering development of furniture systems
• Responsible for full CAD control, manufacturing documentation, and structural validation
• Develop mechanical systems including recliners and modular sleeper mechanisms
• Work directly with overseas factories in Asia and ensure products are production-ready
• Rebuild and standardize full 3D CAD assemblies for modular sofa product lines
• Create detailed part drawings, weldment drawings, and assembly drawings
• Develop structured Bills of Materials (BOMs)
• Improve manufacturability and reduce cost through engineering optimization
