About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Assist Content Director in planning, coordinating, and executing all content shoots
Capture and edit social-first photo and video content for use across all digital channels
Manage daily posting, engagement, and performance tracking across brand social accounts
Reply to comments and DMs in a timely manner
Own the organic content calendar in alignment with the annual brand marketing calendar
Collaborate with Content Partnerships Manager to source organic customer UGC
Organize and maintain the brand’s content library for easy cross-functional use
Support the Content Director with campaign planning and new product launches
Contribute to a positive, collaborative, fast-moving creative culture

Requirements

What you’ll need

4+ years experience in content creation, creative production, or social media management (ideally in lifestyle, home, or consumer brands)
Proven ability to create and edit high-quality photo and video content optimized for social platforms
Strong understanding of current social trends, storytelling formats, and visual design
Excellent organization and time management
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar editing tools
Confident on set and comfortable giving direction or capturing BTS content
Familiarity with social media management and analytics tools
