• Respond to work orders for minor repairs to equipment (hoses, nozzles, fuel filters, HVAC filters, etc.), replacing ‘plug and play’ equipment
• Ordering/manage parts inventory, complete daily reports, and schedule/prioritize assignments to ensure efficiency
• Read, understand, and follow service manual guidelines
• Work safely and handle other duties as assigned

Preventative Maintenance Technician

Manager

• A Store Leader with an Assistant or two make up the store’s leadership team executing merchandising and marketing initiates, driving profitability.
• Developing the skills of the entire store team, and ensuring customers are well taken care of.
• Oversee and provide leadership, training, and coaching for all store employees.
• Oversee and implement all merchandising and marketing programs.
• Use P&L and store reports to affect change.

Store Leader – Manager Trainee

• Oversee all aspects of multiple construction projects from inception to completion
• Review project updates and progress reports
• Engage with stakeholders to provide clear updates while facilitating effective decision-making
• Direct general contractors, engineers, architects, and vendors to complete construction projects
• Cooperate with environmental consultant to ensure compliance with laws
• Assess project performance through Key Performance Indicators
• Facilitate site survey and prepare scope of work
• Financial accountability for estimates, budget development, change orders, and project closeout
• Lead permitting and assist in negotiations with regulatory bodies
• Provide field oversight during the execution phase
• Ensure that vendors deliver work meeting duration and quality targets
