About the role
- - Support the implementation of 54’s S&I focus areas across our internal & external stakeholders.
- - Support the refreshing of 54’s S&I Business Policies to reflect updated Environmental & Social & Economic best practice in each of the territories we do business in. (Including; *Sustainable & Social Procurement, Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, Accessibility & Wellbeing, Energy Management, Water Management, Waste Management, Environmental Site Protection/Restoration, Risk and Incident Management, Sustainable Food & Beverage Sourcing, Responsible Travel, Accommodation & Transportation, Social Impact & Legacy, Sustainable & Impactful Communications, Fan Engagement, Digital Marketing campaigns & Reporting.)*
- - Support Event Delivery teams with client S&I requirements – (e.g. *supplier engagement, event activations, event accreditation, event impact tracking*)
- - Work with HR and the 54 Culture Committee to develop S&I initiatives to engage colleagues. *(e.g. Volunteering, Pro-Bono services, Socials, Matched Funding & Donations, L&D, Company Legacy initiatives)*
- - *W*ork with Marketing and Data & Insights to develop efficient & engaging methods for periodic S&I data tracking, communication campaigns & impact reporting to key audiences (including; *54 colleagues, our Board and external audiences – making use of automation, website, social media, and other publications.)*
- - Support other departmental leads such as Commercial, Finance, Legal, Consultancy, D&I and our Portfolio Companies with cross-over with S&I in support of 54’s compliance and new business propositions.
- - Support 54 to comply with and offer services related to external S&I standards – (e.g. ISO, SERC, CSRD, UN Sport for Climate Action etc)
- - Support 54 to apply for external S&I awards
Requirements
- - Proactive self-starter with an ability to learn and thrive in a dynamic environment.
- - Knowledge of Environmental, Social & Economic global issues.
- - Sports Industry experience not required - transferable skills and best practice from other industries are welcomed.
- - Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage a diverse range of people
- - Creative problem solving – ability to influence
- - Effective organisation & prioritisation skills.
- - Data & Insights, Software development skills (i.e. Power BI, App development) – desirable
- - Languages: Spanish - desirable
