About the role
- Coordinate and monitor the full transport cycle across the 365 Moto operation and associated 4th Dimension Group businesses
- Ensure motorcycles are transported safely and efficiently across the UK
- Handle over 50 inbound and outbound calls daily, communicating with drivers, clients, and partner companies
- Plan, organize, and issue routes using our in-house logistics systems
- Ensure customers are informed about and make payments for excess and additional charges
- Work closely with Driver Team Leaders to maintain vehicle standards and performance
- Identify and implement process improvements to boost efficiency, safety, and service quality
- Liaise with internal teams like MotoMine, Hire Fleet, and Farnham Honda to meet all transportation needs
Requirements
- Fluent in Portuguese and English
- Strong problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail
- Excellent communication, organization, and customer service skills
- Comfortable using logistics and planning systems
- Proactive, team-first attitude with a drive to exceed expectations
- Passion for continuous improvement and personal development
- Experience in transport or logistics coordination (Bonus)
- A passion for motorcycles or automotive logistics (Bonus)
