• Coordinate and monitor the full transport cycle across the 365 Moto operation and associated 4th Dimension Group businesses
• Ensure motorcycles are transported safely and efficiently across the UK
• Handle over 50 inbound and outbound calls daily, communicating with drivers, clients, and partner companies
• Plan, organize, and issue routes using our in-house logistics systems
• Ensure customers are informed about and make payments for excess and additional charges
• Work closely with Driver Team Leaders to maintain vehicle standards and performance
• Identify and implement process improvements to boost efficiency, safety, and service quality
• Liaise with internal teams like MotoMine, Hire Fleet, and Farnham Honda to meet all transportation needs
