• Production planning & editor coordination – You plan weekly capacities for our editors (cutters), assign jobs, monitor deadlines, and manage buffers when creator deliveries are delayed.
• Client contact & communication – You are the first point of contact for clients' operational questions, coordinate alignments via Slack, and ensure feedback is accurately entered into the system.
• Content sourcing & handoff coordination – You ensure briefings are handed over completely, materials arrive in the Drive on time, and the cutting queue is never blocked by missing assets.
• Project tracking – You keep the status of all ongoing productions up to date, monitor deadlines, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks.
• Performance tracking – You maintain our ad performance tracker, flag ads according to clear criteria, and prepare internal tracking dashboards.
• BONUS (optional): Become active as a creator yourself and appear on camera for our clients.
