Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 1–2 years of experience in creative strategy for Meta & TikTok ads at an agency or e‑commerce brand (or you’re an exceptional talent with a killer portfolio)
  • Direct response copywriting skills — writing scripts that sell is no problem for you
  • Creativity and a performance mindset — you love testing new ideas while always keeping ROI in focus
  • Self-drive and ownership — you don’t need tight supervision; you want to shape things yourself and continually improve
