About the role

  • USAC emissions P&L ownership, handing pricing, bid requests/RFQs, SKU rationalization, program management
  • Develop & implement area portfolio growth strategies to drive top line growth
  • Lead business operations, working closely with customers, vertical / global commercial sales, program management, and application engineering
  • Develop and drive global strategy for increasing penetration in Commercial Vehicle segment, working closely with other emission area portfolio leaders and vertical sales teams
  • Lead execution of NPIs, collaborating with cross-functional team
  • Improving portfolio profitability through initiation and execution of cost savings programs
  • Provide area insights to inform global and regional strategies
  • Assessing and tracking the competitive landscape.
  • Performing other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start)
  • Five (5) years of experience in product marketing/management in a private, public, government or military environment
  • MBA or Marketing degree from an accredited university with an emphasis in marketing, business, or strategy (preferred)
  • Three (3) years of profit and loss business management experience in a private, public, government or military environment (preferred)
  • Experience in leading new product development teams and commercializing new products (preferred)
  • Proven track record of leading change management in portfolio and business strategy (preferred)
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with various functional and area partners to drive business results (preferred)
  • Familiarity with working in automotive or other regulated industries (preferred)
