About the role
- Drive the development and achievement of sales targets in the trade/channel market
- Expand and strengthen relationships with existing trade partners
- Create business plans and implement promotions for all accounts
- Act as the central interface between customers and internal departments
- Regularly visit head offices, key branches, and customer events to deepen customer relationships
- Resolve customer inquiries and handle complaints to maintain trust
- Manage customer development planning as well as contract and price management
- Lead cross‑selling campaigns and use CRM/reporting tools for forecasts and progress reporting
Requirements
- Experience in account or territory management
- Experience managing large national accounts at head‑office level
- Strong relationship‑management skills
- Proficient in using CRM and reporting tools
- Ability to communicate clearly and collaborate across all organizational levels
- Strong organizational skills and proven problem‑solving ability
- Strong negotiation skills
- Fluent in English and German
