About the role
- Drive sales efforts by working closely with contractors to quote and sell products.
- Provide all program, project, and contractor support with sufficient volume and velocity.
- Manage all aspects of project submittals for customers, ensuring smooth processing.
- Maintain a record of all communications and follow-ups in the CRM.
- Proactively manage bidder lists and provide technical information to contractors.
- Provide exceptional service to clients by addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of inside sales experience, preferably in the construction or building materials industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to understand technical product specifications and construction documents.
- Bias to phone calls with follow-up with email.
