About the role
- Expand key accounts by deepening relationships, identifying upsell opportunities, and ensuring client success.
- Prospect, pitch, and close new business opportunities, focusing on hotels and hospitality management companies.
- Understand client needs and position 365's hospitality solutions as essential to their retail success.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, maintaining long-term relationships and ensuring satisfaction.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and onboarding.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activity, and client needs to inform sales strategies.
- Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product, and customer success, to ensure seamless client experiences.
Requirements
- 4+ years in B2B sales, preferably in hospitality tech, retail technology, or SaaS solutions.
- Proven success in growing key accounts and closing new business.
- Familiarity with self-service retail, unattended retail, and hotel technology is a plus.
- Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Comfortable with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales automation tools.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a high-performance sales team.
