Client Partner

• Support our most strategic clients in their digital training strategy through the 360Learning platform.
• Work with a portfolio of around 8 clients.
• Build a strong relationship with the HR executives (CHRO, Chief Learning Officer & Digital Learning Manager) of our clients to develop the usage, adoption & impact of our solution.
• Act as a true facilitator to ensure the renewal of the clients by:
• - coordinating the different 360Learning resources (technical, pedagogical,...)
• - empowering the client with the Strategic positioning and vision provided by our solution
• - Ensure the renewal or signing of new contracts for accounts listed in your portfolio.

Strategic Client Success Partner

Customer Success Manager

• support our clients in their digital training strategy through the 360Learning platform
• lead the setup and support for clients across our UK and German markets during the launch of their new collaborative learning software.
• ensure the renewal of contracts by coordinating the different resources (technical, educational, etc.) made available
• ensure the business impact of our solution is in line with the client’s business objectives
• work closely with the EMEA account management team to ensure client KPIs are met
• create and develop processes to handle a one-to-many approach, reporting and communication processes

Digital Customer Success Partner

Revenue Operations

• Define and execute the global enablement strategy, ensuring our sales, customer success, and partnerships teams are equipped to drive growth and deliver a world-class customer experience.
• Build strong relationships with CROs, CCO, VP PS, CMO, VP of Product, and CHRO to align on revenue enablement vision and success metrics.

• Scale the platform and deliver accurate, reliable, well-structured data
• Work embedded within the Engineering Tech squad alongside DevOps and Architects
• Take ownership of data pipelines end-to-end (design, build, monitor)
• Optimize SQL/dbt models and ETL pipelines for performance and cost
• Collaborate with Analysts and Product squads to deliver datasets and reliable pipelines
• Improve observability (logging, alerting, monitoring) in the data stack
• Design and implement real-time pipelines to serve Product features
• Drive initiatives around data reliability, scalability, and cost optimization
• Help define the Data Engineering roadmap and lead design of new components
