• 360Learning’s IT Specialist is contributing to the internal IT Department to provide the best experience for employees.
• The IT Specialist is key to the success of daily IT operations.
• Based in France, you’ll have the opportunity to work partially remotely and will partner closely with the HR and Security team.
• You’ll report to the IT Manager.
• Take ownership of internal IT support operations and deliver improvements to streamline workflows and response times.
• Act as the main operational point of contact for employee IT support.
• Monitor MDM compliance and provide employee support for device-related issues.
• Ensure onboarding and offboarding activities are delivered on time and in line with defined procedures.
• Ensure consistent execution of internal IT processes across all regions.
• Proactively reduce recurring support issues through process improvements and better documentation.
• Act as an IT operations point of contact during security or IT incidents.

IT Specialist

• Onboard new customers, working cross departments (Sales, Product and Customer Success) to understand and document client use cases and requirements
• Manage all phases of the implementation lifecycle, from sales turnover and kick off to handover to support
• Drive project management, define 360Learning platform architecture for clients
• Facilitate integrations (flat files, API’s) and 3rd party apps
• Follow customer portfolios to increase product adoption and deliver Solutions complementary to the Product like platform audits

• Manage all phases of the implementation lifecycle, from sales turnover and kick off to go-live.
• Define the 360Learning platform architecture for our clients based on learner personas and organizational structure.
• Drive project management, facilitate integrations, APIs, 3rd party apps.
• Guide customers through onboarding to ensure the successful deployment of their new learning platform.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product and Customer Success to understand and document client use cases and requirements.
