About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Responsible for driving revenue on German speaking markets, with a focus on the mid-market segment.
  • Committed to learning and perfectly executing proven sales methodologies to hit quota.
  • Actively contribute to the German growth strategy and sales effort.
  • Leading opportunities from demo to closing, taking part in responses to proposals.
  • Growing network with HR & training decision-makers.
  • Developing the best sales strategies to close deals.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 8+ years of Sales experience in a B2B environment working with large accounts
  • Previous experiences working in the SaaS industry
  • Successful track record to achieve 500k + euros quotas
  • Expertise in executing successful sales strategies
  • Strong analytical skills to identify team trends and patterns to drive results
  • A growth mindset and a life-long learning attitude
  • Fluent English & German skills are mandatory
  • Enthusiasm for our working environment
