About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Scoping custom technical and consulting projects
Building custom solutions
Coordinating with the Technical Services team and delivering on projects for clients
Understanding client needs and translating them into technical solutions
Onboarding new customers across departments (Sales, Product, Customer Success)
Managing all phases of the implementation lifecycle
Defining 360Learning platform architecture for clients
Facilitating integrations (flat files, APIs)
Designing tools to support the team and customers

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
8+ years of experience supporting technical partnerships and integrations, developer relations, or similar technical role with external stakeholders; customer facing background preferred (Sales Engineer, Technical Presales, Solution Architect, Technical consultant, Technical Project Manager, Technical Account Manager, Business Analyst)
Excellent understanding of APIs and REST integrations
Strong technical skills, including experience with programming languages such as Java, Python, or Ruby
Knowledge of SaaS platforms, cloud-based solutions, and web technologies
Experience scoping projects, designing technical solutions, and delivering on projects
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
Ability to adapt to your audience, flexibility in tackling a conversation with highly technical stakeholders, and reducing complexity to more common terms with less technical stakeholders.
Organized, structured, rational, analytical, able to manage priorities across multiple customer implementations,
Solution-oriented, client-first mindset in everything you do

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Experience with project management methodologies such as Agile or Scrum is a plus
