• Establishes and upholds productive marketing relationships between 2U marketing and partner institutions within an assigned portfolio of standard complexity.
• Determines and executes appropriate cadenced communication plan with school stakeholders to ensure effective and efficient brand stewardship that supports the program’s strategic marketing strategy.
• Engages as a trusted advisor and brand steward with, and for, the partner, leading proactive and productive partner discussions to align objectives, drive growth strategies and create successful outcomes.

Partner Marketing Lead

• Serve as a strategic partner to the Chief People Officer (CPO) and People Senior Leadership Team to turn strategy into action
• Translate the CPO & People Leadership Team’s vision into actionable priorities across all People Centers of Excellence (COEs)
• Ensure initiatives are on track, aligned with organizational goals, and deliver measurable outcomes
• Drive alignment and accountability across all People Team COEs for cyclical priorities and emerging business needs

• Act as a trusted HR advisor to the Partnerships executive and their leadership teams by developing expertise within assigned client groups

• Lead a small team of HRBPs and/or specialists, driving performance, development, and HR operational excellence
• Partner with Sales, Finance, and Compensation on the design and implementation of effective sales incentive and commission plans

• Provide guidance on HR policies, talent development strategies, and employee relations
