About the role
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
- Deliver accurate technical and operational support, including troubleshooting and issue resolution.
- Maintain consistent customer satisfaction by communicating clearly, empathetically, and effectively.
- Manage inbound support tickets, track progress, and follow up until full resolution.
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate teams with complete documentation.

Requirements

- Comfortable working on rotational shifts, including US-based hours.
