QA Engineer

• Establish, develop and take ownership of the QA strategy for the Defense Metaverse
• Define and enforce quality standards for software, simulations and AI components
• Plan, coordinate and execute functional, non-functional and system tests
• Quality assurance of: simulation logic and scenarios
• AI-based enemy and agent behavior
• Distributed and networked systems
• Develop and maintain test concepts, test plans and test cases
• Introduce and apply automated testing methods where appropriate
• Analyze defects, perform root-cause analyses and track issues through to resolution
• Work closely with software development, AI teams, system architects and product owners
• Ensure traceability, reproducibility and documentation of test results
• Support acceptance testing, reviews and releases
