About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop advanced analyses for data from our Defense Metaverse, in particular from tactical simulations, agent behavior, operational pictures, tracks, event sequences, and decision-making processes
Support analysis of real-world data from physical sensors, tests, demonstrators, and field trials
Build analysis pipelines, dashboards, and reports
Develop metrics and analysis logic for defense-relevant questions
Work closely with software development, AI development, simulation engineering, military subject-matter experts, and project management
Present results clearly and in a decision-relevant format

Requirements

What you’ll need

At least 10 years of relevant professional experience in data analytics, data science, technical data analysis, sensor data analytics, simulation analytics, or a comparable technical analysis field
Proficient with Python, SQL, Pandas, Jupyter, or comparable analysis tools
Experience with complex technical data—e.g., time series, sensor data, tracking data, geospatial data, telemetry, simulation data, log data, or event data
Ability to independently derive an analysis concept, appropriate metrics, a robust evaluation, and a clear presentation of results from a subject-matter question
Genuine interest in defense, armed forces, security architectures, or military technology
Very good German language skills and good English language skills
Valid work authorization for Germany
