About the role
- Assist in creating and updating website pages (landing pages, sales pages, blog posts)
- Coordinate with design tools or developers
- Set up, schedule, and test webinars (Zoom, Google Meet, WebinarJam, GoToWebinar)
- Launch, monitor, and optimize PPC campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads)
- Upload course materials and structure modules in LMS platforms
- Connect CRM, email marketing platforms, payment gateways, and automation tools
- Troubleshoot and maintain integrations
- Implement tracking codes and create basic reports to track campaign performance
- Work with client in Health, Wellness, and Fitness industry
Requirements
- Technical VA
- Junior Level
- Min. 10 hours/week availability
- Shift: EST morning, Sunday to Friday
- Neutral Accent
- Experience with website builders (WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, Elementor)
- Basic knowledge of PPC advertising (Google Ads, Meta/Facebook Ads)
- Familiarity with LMS platforms (Kajabi, Teachable, Thinkific, LearnDash)
- Understanding of CRM systems, email automation, and integrations (Zapier, Make)
- Comfortable with data tracking and reporting (Google Analytics 4, GTM, Meta Pixel)
- Good communication skills
- Organized, proactive, detail-oriented
- Eagerness to learn and adapt quickly
