About the role
- Join our team as an Intel Hybrid Field Sales Manager and become a trusted advisor for retail partners and customers.
- Focus on building strong relationships within Best Buy and potentially with other retail locations across your assigned territory.
- Drive sales growth by training and motivating retail staff, engaging directly with customers to gather critical feedback, and collaborating with store management to implement effective sales and merchandising strategies.
- Execute in-store visits, provide product recommendations, and utilize the Best Buy POS system.
- Document store visit activities, sales data, customer feedback, and any relevant observations.
Requirements
- A high school diploma or GED equivalent required
- 6+ months of previous retail selling experience in consumer electronics or other technical/wireless products preferred
- 6+ months of successful training experience, preferably within direct marketing/retail environments
- Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stage a consultative selling process that overcomes objections and connects with customer needs
- Strong analytical skills and customer service orientation
- Strong multi-tasking skills, time management, and attention to detail
- Ability to perform independently in an unstructured work environment
- Travel within 70 miles of the Ideal Market Zip Code with occasional travel to other markets
- Must have and maintain reliable transportation and state-required minimum liability automobile insurance coverage
