About the role
- Generate and qualify outbound leads and handle inbound inquiries via phone, email, social media, and video
- Prospect into new accounts and nurture potential business opportunities in Commercial/Enterprise accounts
- Conduct initial conversations and follow up with decision-makers
- Collaborate with Marketing, Account Executives and others to leverage insights and achieve shared goals
- Deepen product understanding through onboarding and Learning Management System
- Use Salesforce, Outreach, 6sense, Lusha, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator for outbound prospecting
- Occasionally travel for company meetings and marketing events
- Be creative and try new tactics and strategies
Requirements
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills
- Fluency in Italian or Spanish is a plus
- One or more years of experience in sales pipeline generation
- Proven track record in both inbound and outbound sales
- Results-oriented and target-driven
- Teamwork and collaboration skills
- Growth mindset and openness to feedback
- Curiosity and adaptability
- Proficiency with Salesforce, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or related tools
- Strong organisation and time management skills
