💰 €60,000 - €120,000 per year
About the role
- Selling across several revenue streams: Memberships to executive networking and learning communities; Business Development Services; Corporate B2B events (virtual and in-person); Introductions for major enterprise projects and tenders; Promotion of world-class venues for conferences, exhibitions, and live events
- Book own meetings initially; ramp up with SDR team support
- Own full sales cycle from first conversation to signed deal
- Hunt, build, and close new business with senior decision-makers across enterprise markets
- Position memberships, events, and introductions as must-have solutions for clients
- Drive revenue growth while maintaining strong relationships with both leaders and vendors
- Hit and exceed personal sales targets
- Represent the business at client meetings and conferences (remote and occasional travel)
Requirements
- Proven success in B2B sales, ideally in consulting, events, or membership services
- A self-starter who’s confident running the full sales cycle remotely
- Skilled at engaging senior stakeholders and influencing at director level
- Strong closer with the resilience to manage fast-moving and longer enterprise cycles
- Target-driven and motivated by uncapped earnings potential
