About the role

- Reach out to prospects via email, LinkedIn, and other channels with personalized, thoughtful messaging
- Manage early-stage communication and book intro calls for our senior sales team
- Keep outreach consistent, smart, and aligned with our brand voice
- Stay on top of your pipeline and follow-up cadences
- Collaborate closely with account execs to prioritize target accounts and iterate on outreach strategy
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in a sales or outbound-focused role in Clinical Research
- Solid track record of prospecting or cold outreach in a B2B setting
- Clear, confident communicator—especially in writing
- Strong organizational habits and follow-through
- Comfortable with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator and CRMs
- Driven, curious, and not afraid to put yourself out there
