Patient Coordinator

• Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound pre-screening calls
• Communicate clearly and compassionately with potential trial participants
• Demonstrate proficiency in medical terminology to assess patient information
• Utilize remote communication tools for calls, documentation, and team communication
• Meet or exceed KPIs related to pre-qualified referrals and enrollment rates
• Maintain detailed records of patient interactions and ensure compliance
• Regularly review recorded calls from contractor PCs and provide coaching
• Monitor the PC KPI dashboard for performance metrics
• Deliver structured feedback and escalate unresolved performance concerns
• Review contractor PC timesheets and generate monthly invoices
• Collaborate on process improvements within the PC department
