QA Automation Engineer

• Rapid Prototyping & App Development: Build functional apps, internal tools, and product prototypes using AI-assisted coding tools (vibe coding). Move from concept to working demo quickly so we can validate ideas and hand off to engineering with confidence.
• Workflow Automation: Identify repetitive, manual, or broken workflows across departments and build automations that actually work—whether that’s through code, n8n/Zapier/Make, or a custom-built tool.
• AI-Powered Solutions: Design and implement AI-enabled workflows using prompt engineering, structured outputs, and human-in-the-loop review where needed. You’ll create reusable prompt libraries, templates, and internal AI tools.
• Cross-Functional Execution: Work across Enrollment Ops, Campaigns, Project Management, Clinical Ops, Sales, and Finance to ship solutions that serve the whole business—not just one team.
• Design-Forward Delivery: Everything you build should reflect strong visual and UX sensibility. You’re not just making it work—you’re making it look and feel right.
