About the role
- Execute high-volume outbound calling to generate qualified sales opportunities.
- Engage C-level and VP-level decision-makers across industries such as manufacturing, staffing, healthcare, finance, logistics.
- Manage first-touch outreach through outbound calls and targeted follow-up emails.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure consistent follow-up and activity tracking.
- Collaborate with Growth, Revenue, and Operations teams to support pipeline development.
- Contribute to the setup and evolution of the Medellín on-site operation, including onboarding processes and best practices.
Requirements
- 3 to 6+ years of experience as a BDR or SDR in outbound, high-volume sales environments.
- Demonstrated success booking meetings with senior executives, preferably in non-tech or traditional industries.
- Advanced English proficiency, both spoken and written.
- Strong work ethic, consistency, and resilience in outbound sales.
- Ability and willingness to work fully on-site in Medellín, Monday through Friday.
- Track record of meeting or exceeding quotas, supported by references.
- Experience selling into the US market.
