About the role

  • Execute high-volume outbound calling to generate qualified sales opportunities.
  • Engage C-level and VP-level decision-makers across industries such as manufacturing, staffing, healthcare, finance, logistics.
  • Manage first-touch outreach through outbound calls and targeted follow-up emails.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure consistent follow-up and activity tracking.
  • Collaborate with Growth, Revenue, and Operations teams to support pipeline development.
  • Contribute to the setup and evolution of the Medellín on-site operation, including onboarding processes and best practices.

Requirements

  • 3 to 6+ years of experience as a BDR or SDR in outbound, high-volume sales environments.
  • Demonstrated success booking meetings with senior executives, preferably in non-tech or traditional industries.
  • Advanced English proficiency, both spoken and written.
  • Strong work ethic, consistency, and resilience in outbound sales.
  • Ability and willingness to work fully on-site in Medellín, Monday through Friday.
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding quotas, supported by references.
  • Experience selling into the US market.
