About the role
- Build and deploy email campaigns in HubSpot
- Apply provided copy, creative, and targeting rules
- QA emails for formatting, links, and personalization
- Schedule campaigns in advance and manage deployments
- Adjust deployments as needed based on updates or changes
- Create and deploy survey emails
- Build static and active lists based on defined criteria
- Maintain and update existing lists
- Validate list logic prior to campaign launches
- Build and schedule SMS campaigns in HubSpot
- Confirm audience targeting and message accuracy
- Perform QA prior to deployment
- Build landing pages using existing HubSpot templates
- Insert provided copy, imagery, and CTAs
- Ensure mobile responsiveness and functionality
- Create HubSpot forms for campaigns and lead capture
- Pull standard HubSpot reports (email, list, and form performance)
- Maintain basic dashboards
- Identify and flag data inconsistencies
- Follow documented processes and checklists
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub
- Strong attention to detail and quality assurance
- Experience building emails, lists, forms, and landing pages
- Proficiency with Google Docs and Google Sheets
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and shifting priorities
