Requirements
7+ years in B2B SaaS demand generation with a proven track record of pipeline and revenue impact.
Demonstrated experience leading a marketing team.
Experience in high-velocity startup or scale-up environments (ARR <$100M, high growth).
Deep expertise in HubSpot, campaign reporting, lead scoring, attribution modeling, and nurture workflows.
Strong understanding of modern full-funnel GTM, with experience across paid, organic, events, and lifecycle marketing.
Comfortable with ambiguity and energized by fast-paced environments.
