Executive Benefits Regional Vice President – RVP

• Identify locations for new homes working with MLS, private parties, investor groups, banks, developers, and other sources.
• Identify the owners and sellers of lots or land in desirable locations.
• Write contracts and facilitate the execution of purchasing lots/land.
• Work with Division Managers and Land Acquisition team to obtain lots/land to meet Region needs and goals on a Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual basis.
• Create a preliminary budget of known items (i.e., approximate clearing, number of loads of fill, septic/well, sewer/water, culverts, power, drive handing) and communicate the summary report for each land position.
• Perform research on land to ensure no adverse restrictions such as eagles, owls, tortoises, minimum size requirements, etc.
• Maintain lot/land purchase/pipeline schedules with the Corporate Land Manager.
• Perform other duties as needed or assigned.

Regional Vice President – Land Acquisition

• Lead sales effort with financial intermediaries in defined territory
• Responsible for building and maintaining relationships with financial intermediaries to generate assets
• Help educate financial advisors on the benefits of Guggenheim products and services for their clients, through individual or group meeting presentations, including conference calls, branch visits, seminars, conferences, or training sessions
• Develop and implement territory business plans to deliver on assigned sales goal
• Maintain activity and profile data in the CRM
• Keep current and adhere to compliance and regulatory policies specific to licensing requirements, continuing education, and firm-mandated training (license requirements FINRA 7, 63)

• Own and deliver the strategic segment’s annual bookings plan, with primary emphasis on new logo acquisition, competitive displacement, and multi-product expansion into the world’s largest enterprise accounts
• Build and lead a team of Strategic Account Executives focused on winning new business, recruiting, coaching, and developing sellers who thrive on opening new relationships, closing complex deals, and growing Gainsight’s footprint
• Drive pipeline generation and maintain strong forward-looking coverage across the team, setting the pace for outbound prospecting, account-based engagement, and executive relationship development

• Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Success, Solution Consulting, RevOps, Product, Marketing, and Professional Services to accelerate deal cycles, ensure strong post-sale handoffs, and deliver customer outcomes that fuel expansion and advocacy
• Manage the full commercial lifecycle for your segment, including renewals, ensuring the team protects revenue while staying focused on growth

• Provide strategic direction and operational leadership for all Shared Services functions, including Payroll, Billing, Accounts Payable, Cash Applications, Procurement, and Travel
• Partner closely with Finance, HR, IT, and Operations leaders to align shared services with enterprise priorities
• Establish a high-performance culture focused on accountability, service excellence, and continuous improvement
• Lead Shared Services integration efforts for future acquisitions
